This ranch features a metal equipment barn and an attached large covered shed. This could allow the future owner to possibly convert it either into a barndominium or simple hunting cabin. Wildlife:

Most of the brush is comprised of Mesquite with a mix of other brush including Tasajillo, Lotebush, and Whitebrush. Good Buffel Grass can be found in areas throughout the ranch. With some clearing this could make a very good combination cattle and hunting ranch.
