World Class Habitat and History

It's difficult to overstate the beauty of this farm. Located off of a lightly traveled blacktop road near the Iowa line sits this incredibly diverse hunting farm with income producing alfalfa fields and some of the best brush and cover I've ever seen on a farm. It's one of those farms that's hard to leave once you're there. Not only does it have years of amazing deer and turkey hunting history, its just a gorgeous farm. From the 125 feet of elevation change across the rolling alfalfa fields to the 10 mile views across the countryside looking East, it's just one of those farms that feel good.
