Our photographer stated, Access to the property was somewhat difficult. There is approximately 10 miles of unpaved road with the last 3 miles requiring a high clearance vehicle. The lot is fairly flat with a slight east to west slope. No overhead electrical lines or water connections noted in the area. Camping in the area would be possible, but building would be difficult for getting large equipment and supplies into the area. Most of the surrounding area has burnt trees from a wildfire last summer. There are a few structures nearby. The closest appears to be a seasonal cabin and a larger established home with farming equipment is approx 3 miles away. The cell phone signal was weak at the site.
