Madison Blue Spring State Park is located 5 miles west of the property and features a crystal clear, first magnitude spring for swimming and diving. The spring flows into the Withlacoochee River and the park was voted the #1 swimming hole in the country by USA Today, Madison Blue Spring is a family favorite destination and a fantastic place to spend the day.

Fifteen miles west of Withlacoochee Farms you will find the town of Madison. In Madison there are two grocery stores (Winn Dixie and Harveys), CVS, Walgreens, Madison County Memorial Hospital, North Florida Community College, restaurants, and much more. Twenty miles southt is the town of Live Oak. At Live Oak there is a Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, two grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie), Shands Hospital, restaurants, and plenty more.

At Withlacoochee Farms you will find four acre estates with clearings and scattered trees throughout the landscape. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build it must be 480 square feet or larger. Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage. Farm animals are permitted and camping is not to exceed 90 days in a calendar year.
