The cabin also has an attached screened-in porch overlooking the creek.
Just a short distance from the cabin is a 1200 (approximately) garage/shop/toolshed to house tractors, atvs, etc. Both structures are serviced by CTEC electricity and an electric-powered submersible pump within the nearby well(40gallons per minute).
