The properties are located approximately five miles northeast of Wickenburg in unincorporated Yavapai County, Arizona. The shop property has an address of 11600 W. Monarch Trail. Monarch Trail connects with Constellation Road west of the properties.

The shop property is 20.66 acres and the quarry/pit property is 41.3 acres. Both properties (61.96 total acres) are surrounded by State of Arizona land. They sit in the foothills of the Wickenburg Mountains at an elevation of 2,800\' to 2,900\'. Vegetation is sonoran desert scrub.

The steel shop building is 60\' wide by 150\' long with a concrete floor. Electricity is provided by a 70 kw diesel generator. Other improvements at the shop include a one bedroom one bath casita and a two bedroom two bathroom home (has solar).
