The ranch boasts three residences, all built by Robert Thornton, to host guests or provide hous- ing for ranch help. The 3,500 sq ft main house is charming and comfortable with two bed- rooms and two and a half baths. It is perched above the spring fed creek and provides 180 de- gree views of the creek, valley and pastures. Native grasses flourish on this well soiled land. There is abundant game on the ranch including occa- sional axis, whitetail, turkey, birds and other small game.

The ranch is in a highly desirable location - just west of Boerne in the Comfort Public School District. There is also a private school option at The Geneva School in Boerne. Move out of the hustle of the city, but retain easy access to its conveniences with just 10 minutes to Boerne and 35 to downtown San Antonio.
