340 acres are tillable, two ponds for the duck hunters and just enough timber to bring in the deer and turkeys. In NW corner is small pasture acreage and in SW corner is duck pond and meadow. Timber in NE corner with another large pond for those hunters. Soybeans have just been harvested and renter my be planting winter wheat on 1/3 - 2/3 arrangement.
