Hudspeth County is one of our favorite places. It's situated in far west Texas between El Paso County to the west and Culberson County to the east. This is a beautiful area. The air is clean, the water is clear, and there is basically no pollution and no crime here. The sunsets are as beautiful as you will ever see. The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.
The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas where our properties are located you are free to build or not build as you see fit. If you want to camp on your land, or park an RV, you can do so without restriction. There is no zoning. You can have a mobile home, prefabricated home, etc. This can be your perfect tiny home land.

From your approximately 5 acre property you will have views of Sierra Blanca, the Quitman Mountains and the Guadalupe Mountains. El Paso Ranchettes is an undeveloped subdivision in the Sunset Ranches area, about 38 miles east of El Paso. It is about 13 1/2 miles northwest of Fort Hancock, and 15 miles east of Fabens. Interstate Highway 10 is about eight miles to the south. The famous Cattleman's Steakhouse and Indian Cliffs Ranch are only about ten miles away!
Every lot in El Paso Ranchettes has platted road access. Many of these roads have not been graded in, but you can grade them in if you choose to do so.
You can camp here, or live off grid, or just hold the property for investment.
There is no zoning. There are no home owners' association or property owners' association, and no subdivision restrictions. There isn't much going on in the area except for ranching. This kind of remote location with great views might be exactly what you're looking for.
