West Cottonwood Creek Ranch

West Cottonwood Creek Ranch consists of 40 +/- deeded acres located on the north side of Highway 70 in two triangle-shaped tracts east of Encampment, WY. The property is accessed by an existing graveled approach off of the highway and by a two-track road that leads down to a small grove of trees.
