For Lease
The Weigel Duck Lodge is a brand new 3,000 sq. ft. turn key lodge with 1,400+- acres of hunting ground in a proven area for phenomenal duck hunting. Located just north of Augusta, and less than 1.5 miles north of White Oaks Duck Woods, this property is on the X for waterfowl hunting. The Bay Bottoms area is locally famous for the amount of waterfowl that it holds when the White River is out of its banks, and with surrounding landowners developing their properties for holding waterfowl, the area holds substantial amounts of birds during low water years. This farm does flood by the White River (see drone footage) and in turn the duck numbers and duck holding capacity can be truly remarkable. During dry years there are multiple wells on the farm with access to a power unit to flood the fields.
