This property is about 5 miles from Bellefontane near the community of Montivista. The (mostly Pine) Timber has been recently harvested from the property. I Remember when this land was Farmed . Its a great piece of bottom land with a creek running down both sides of it. Could be cleared and made into nice farm for cattle or crops. The creeks run with fresh clear spring water year round. Great hunting just like it is. This part of the world is still like America use to be.
