One of the few remaining free-flowing rivers in the country,The Kings River in Arkansas begins in the Boston Mountains of the Ozark National Forest and flows Northward for more than 90 miles where it empties into Table Rock Lake at the Missouri State line. This family friendly river flows casually past massive rock bluffs, shady tree-lined banks, crystal clear pools, and sloping gravel bars.

Along the river banks, anglers floating downstream are treated to panoramic views of painted high bluffs with blue, red and yellow streaks marbleized onto the surface. Anglers will also be enchanted with the alcove bluffs cut into the high bluff walls along with the wildlife and birds like bald eagles commonly seen during the winter months

The river has little infringement from the outside world. Thats a blessing for anglers fishing the Kings River. Smallmouth bass are the main focus for most anglers, but numbers of sunfish, rock bass and Ozark bass can also be caught while floating down the river.

Anglers fishing the Kings River are treated to some of the best small-mouth bass stream fishing there is in Arkansas. The river has few outfitters so its not crowded.
