Walnut Tract

Walnut Tract is located on the Tennessee and Mississippi state line between Selmer, TN and Corinth, MS. There is approximately a half mile of frontage on Wolf Pen Road. A maintained internal road system provides access throughout the property.

Pine plantations cover 370 acres with 302 acres planted in 2008 and 68 acres planted in 2017. This provides the opportunity for current and future income. The majority of the property consists of mature hardwoods and pines, providing immediate income potential from the high value of hardwood saw timber. The tract is also a prime habitat for wildlife such as deer and turkey.
