Quail Haven. With good bird dogs, you can find 20 coveys of Bob Whites per day!
There is a 30 acre food plot planted in wheat, seven corn slingers, three deer blinds, two duck blinds, a
fishing dock and fish feeder.
WATER
The ranch has an abundance of water. The lake and six wells located throughout the ranch provide
the primary source of water. Wells are 140-270 feet deep. There are also several surface ponds,
including two new lakes on the eastside one approximately six acres and the other approximately
three acres.
Seasonal creeks run across the ranch and a solar pump on the lake plus two storage tanks provide
additional water in the pipelines. New galvanized and fiberglass troughs hold water for livestock and
wildlife.
HOUSING
There is a two-bedroom hunters cabin, which has electricity and running water and sleeps six, located on the west side of the property.
