The Wagners Browns Hill Pasture is located approximately 15 miles northeast of Dixon in the southwestern part of Carbon County, Wyoming. Comprised of 378 deeded acres, this scenic summer pasture features a large drainage that cuts through the east side of the property. At the head of this drainage is a reservoir providing water for livestock and wildlife. There is a well just above the reservoir on solar that provides water as well. The combination of the drainage, lush meadows and sage covered flats provides ideal habitat for deer, antelope and other wildlife. The Wagners Browns Hill Pasture is set in an area known for its recreational attributes. West of the property is hundreds of thousands of acres of BLM and lying to the east is Savery Creek, the High Savery Reservoir, the Sierra Madre Mountain Range and the Medicine Bow National Forest.
