Access: Access is via RM 152
Improvements: VCR is perimeter fenced (low fence). There are 3 working windmills and an electric submersible pump is in a 4th water well furthest to the North end of the ranch. Two sets of cattle pens with chutes are on the ranch and appear to be in good working order. Electricity is on the ranch and is provided by Central Texas Electric Co-op.
