Valley View Farm

This 62.5 +/- acre farm is located just west of Paducah on the paved FM 1037. It has electricity and city water available at the road. A nearby farm only a half a mile north of this property has irrigation wells running and the city water wells are nearby too; although this farm does not currently have any water wells on it, it is believed by the owner to have good ground water available.

The land consists of approximately 25 +/- acres of native pasture, with thick mesquites and native grasses, and 37 +/- of sandy loam cultivation. The farm land is currently fallow but has been planted in hay grazer and cotton in the past; it could grow wheat too. The pasture is fenced, if you wanted to run some cattle or horses.
