Terrain: The two tracts contrast each other well with their own unique terrain. The northern tract is in some gently rolling hills with a nice thick draw running through the property. This tract has great nesting habitat for quail and is ideal for whitetail. The southernmost tract is located on the north rim of King mountain and is littered with a wide variety of big yuccas and other desert plants and grasses. A big spring coming off of King Mountain feeds a dirt tank on the property that is around an acre when full, on wet years.
