On or near the middle of the property there is an existing concrete slab that is roughly 50ft by 100ft that could be used at your discretion. About ten acres were replanted in high-quality loblolly pines 2 seasons ago. The rest of the property is meadows and trails running through young to more mature timber. Hunting and fishing are very good as you would expect from a river property sandwiched between large landowners.
