The house is approximately 1296 sq ft of living area, but has an additional 842 sq ft of screened in porches, perfect for enjoying lots of time outdoors! The house underwent a major renovation in 2018, where it was stripped to the studs. There are no steps associated with the house, meaning it is all one level with ramps as appropriate making it handi-cap accessible. It received new double-pane windows, as well as all new hardie board exterior siding. Every bit of electrical wire was replaced and all electrical upgraded including a new 200 amp electrical panel.
