Last unrestricted parcel left with home site cleared, wide-open views to the east-southeast, and no HOA. Electric power overhead lines and internet fiber optic included in the price and extended through the 20.12 acres. Creek runs near the south boundary at the driveway. Buffalo Road was recently paved by the county making the trip to town a bit faster. Great views, great neighbors, and 2x4 car access into a private, established neighborhoood. You can combine this 20.12-acre parcel with adjoining land on the west face of Privet Mountain if you want a large farm of 150+ acres. Seller provides survey and legal description with your purchase. See drone footage by clicking on the arrow or "video" box on the landing page for a perspective of Privet Mountain, Buffalo Road Valley and Stanley Creek Valley. Tens of thousands of dollars spent in land prep and access improvements on this land and all the "heavy lifting" is done; don't make the mistake of purchasing cutover or vacant land with no access and no improvements as you may spend more money making the land useable than on your initial land purchase. The 20.12 acres is bounded in blue in the aerial images with access at top and bottom via private roads and a ridge ATV trail serving only a few parcels all 15 to 47+ acres. Main home site already cleared and you can see multiple possible home sites in the green-bounded areas in some of the aerial images for possible build sites. Build a small pond anywhere you like along the drainages going down the mountain. Unrestricted land with views of the opposite mountain off Buffalo Road. Oneida offers most essentials: hospital, Super Walmart, Tractor Supply, Farmer's Coop, and numerous local and chain restaurants. Utilities available: Highland Communications high-speed internet and Plateau Electric power. Water-build your own reservoir or drill a well. Septic approval required per State of TN guidelines and Seller to provide soil mapping. Accessed from Buffalo Rd via 50-foot wide right-of-way (ROW) driveway with a road agreement binding all owners to maintain the road and split maintenance costs equally. The private drive serving this land is wide to allow construction vehicles and concrete trucks into the property. Great site for country living with all farm animals allowed and fantastic recreational opportunities in the area. Build whatever you want on the land: luxury home, tiny home, RV or Class A parking space, metal toy building, wood cabin, traditional stick-framed home, or barndominium with no restrictions and no zoning. This area is modestly populated and the land is surrounded by private farms and hardwood timber forests to the north and east. Fishing and abundant game on nearby public land including Lake Norris, Cove Lake, Big South Fork National Recreation Area, TWRA hunting land, and Ride Royal Blue at I-75 Exit 141. Brimstone is just a few miles to the southwest. This region is truly a paradise for the outdoorsman, naturalist, or homesteader. Deer, elk, bear, turkey, and all mountain small game thrive in this valley. Landowner has many more sites available so contact via text or email if you're looking for something different. The driveway entrance pictured at Buffalo Road serves Parcels C, D, and E, then branches right going north to this site and past parcels H, I, and J to this land being parcel K.
