Starting from the road that borders Red Creek, meandering through sagebrush flats, climbing to rolling hills, deep canyons, and peaking on the mountain tops. Views are outstanding from high or low. Foliage varies from pines, grasses, sagebrush, to rock formations, and open mountain faces. Maintained County Roads provide access to the area year around. With the Utah Wildlife Game Management Area protecting the property on the southside, there are private landowners surrounding the rest of the area.

The area is considered top end for its recreation attributes. Blue Ribbon fishing opportunities are abundant. Strawberry, Starvation, Currant Creek, and Red Creek Reservoirs are all just a short drive away. Red Creek runs just off the East end of the property, while Strawberry River connects to Red Creek at the South end of the Canyon. The Duchesne, and Yellowstone Rivers are in the immediate area to the North, and East. Hunting is considered a premium here. Uintah Mountains are well known throughout history, for providing great Elk, Deer, Moose, Bighorn Sheep, Bear, Mountain Lion and more. The states premium hunts are handled through a draw system, while other opportunities are over the counter. Some parcels of land qualify for landowner tags. Petroglyphs, Rock Art, are all part of The Worlds Longest Art Gallery located in Nine Mile Canyon Duchesne County Utah. Snowmobiling in the Strawberry Reservoir area is breathtaking, with acres & acres of the Greatest Snow on Earth.

There are no current structures on the property, but there are many great locations to choose from. Utilities are in the area, and a Water Well application has been initiated.

Salt Lake International Airport is 95 miles away from Fruitland. With gas and groceries in Fruitland or Duchesne areas. Heber City, Sundance, & Park City are 30-45 minutes from here. The local ski resorts, Kings Peak (Utahs highest peak / Uinta Mountains), Sundance Film Festival, Midways Swiss Days, and many other attractions, make this the place to be.
