This tract is 25 plus or minus acres in the Northwest corner of the 134.004 acre tract of land and lies on the East boundary of 6.154 acre tract previously deeded to West Texas.

The exact acres of this tract will be determined by a new boundary survey that is to be furnished by Buyer.
