Improvements: The 1800s era rock home was completely restored by the current owner. This charming homestead offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a living room, kitchen, laundry room, a secondary hang-out space, and a basement, making this a rare gem. The original barn is also still on property and is in great shape. A newly constructed 50x60 storage shed was built to store all the equipment needed to run the ranch!

Water: The ranch has over 2,200 feet of frontage that runs along the spring fed creek that Spring Branch is named after. History: The Triple G Ranch is currently owned by former MLB player Luis Gonzalez and family. Luis, nicknamed Gonzo, played 19 seasons in the MLB and is a five-time all-star. Not only did he win the Silver Slugger Award in 2001, but his game winning hit in game 7clinched the Diamondbacks first and only championship to date. Gonzo purchased the property from his wife's family that owned the property since the 1800s.
