According to the members, the club shoots very good and there is a possibility to buy more than a 20% interest in the Triple B Club. Finding and getting into a Butte Sink Club is usually very difficult for most hunters that have an interest in purchasing a membership in the Butte Sink.
LOCATION: The property lies about ten miles west of the town of Gridley. Gridley is located about one hour north of our state capitol of Sacramento.
INGRESS & EGRESS: The north boundary of the property abuts the Gridley-Colusa Highway. Traveling south off of the Gridley-Colusa Highway, there is a private gravel road used to access the property.
TOPOGRAPHY: The property is generally flat seasonal marsh. There are large willow and cottonwoods, bull rush tules, and other marsh vegetation throughout the property.

HUNTING BLINDS/AREA: There are about six blinds on the property. The blinds can hold up to 3-4 hunters. There is also about 100 acres on the south end of the club that is used as a sanctuary area with no hunting allowed.
CLUBHOUSE: There is a very nice four-bedroom and 2.5 bath clubhouse on the property that is approximately 2,200 sq. ft. in size.
NEIGHBORING CLUBS: Just across the highway is the Little Dry Creek Refuge. This refuge has become the premier hunting refuge in the state for the public. The Triple B Club also borders Pipers Patch which is well known for its exceptional hunting. Other bordering clubs are Sanborn Slough, Sky-Hi, and Butte Creek Island Ranch.
