Directions

Starting from the intersection of US Highway 280 and US Highway 231, head southeast (away from Sylacauga) on US Highway 280 for about three miles. Turn north (left) onto Lower Settlement Road. This turn will be about a quarter mile after passing a Chevron gas station. In just under a mile, Lower Settlement Road will merge with Old Rockhouse Road. Continue left (north) at the merger onto Old Rockhouse Road. After the merger, you will continue north for just over half a mile until you meet a T-bone intersection. Turn right (east) onto Goodwater Highway (County Road 511). Continue for about a mile and a quarter, and Trammel Motor Way will be on the left - turn left (north). Follow Trammel Motor Way for about one and four tenths miles. Turn left onto the private drive. Follow the private drive for about one mile; the for sale sign will denote that you have arrived at the property.
