Red Beaver Ranch is comprised of just 9 large acreage tracts ranging in size from 35.82 acres to 61.21 acres. All of the tracts are treed with a mix of ponderosa pines and burr oak, and have grassy areas spread throughout.

Tract 9 has an existing well and electricity, however all tracts have access easements for utilities and electricity if you choose to be on the grid. There are spectacular views from dynamic rock ledges at various locations on several tracts that can be enjoyed as you walk through old growth pine forests. Tract 1 is primarily a hay meadow with strong grass and a few trees on a good building site. Tracts 3, 4, and 5 have a mix of ponderosa pines and burr oaks. Located in Crook County, WY, Red Beaver Ranch is just 8 miles west of Sundance, Wyoming (the county seat). To access the ranch, simply travel west on Interstate 90 from Sundance for 7 miles. Take Exit 178 at Beaver Creek Road and turn north. Continue on this county-maintained gravel road for mile until it veers right and ys into Old Sundance Road; continue for mile and you are at Red Beaver Ranch. When you see our Red Beaver Ranch sign on Old Sundance Road Tract 1 will be on the left and Tract 9 will be on the right. All tract corners are marked with steel T-posts and there are black and white numbered signs identifying each tract.
