The main horse facilities were added in 2006 and are well done and maintained. The 40 x 130 show barn is fully insulated, has 12 stalls with automatic waterers and rear windows for ventilation, a wide concrete center aisle, two wash racks, tack room, feed room, half bath plus an office with full bath. Nearby is a 125 x 250 covered arena with lights, wind screens, PA system and bleachers. Just off the covered arena is a 125 x 250 riding/slide track. Both arenas have special footing installed by Kiser Arena Specialists. Theres also a 60-foot covered round pen, walker, a hay/equipment barn, 5 fenced turn-out lots, a 4-stall shed row barn and several large pastures with loafing sheds. Most of the horse facility can be monitored by a linked camera system. Also added in 2006 is a nice duplex with matching 1,100 square foot 3 bedroom/2 bath apartments with full kitchens and dinettes thats ideal for on-site trainers or guests.
