Research Parcel InformationFrom Caldwell (approx 20 mins): From Hwy 21/Hwy 36 intersection, take Hwy 36 S for 8 miles, turn right on FM 976. Travel 4 miles and continue straight on FM 60 for 4/10 mile. Continue straight to continue on CR 132. Travel 2 miles and turn left on County Road 162. High Point Ranch is 4 miles down on the Right. See Black Pipe Entrance. From Bryan/College Station (appox 35 mins): Go west on University/Hwy 60 towards Snook/Brenham. At the intersection with Hwy 36, turn RT then LT at the light to stay on FM 60. Turn LT on PR57, RT on CR 161, and the ranch will be on your LT just a short distance down. See Black Pipe Entrance.
