The land drains well in most places, with an elevation of 55 feet at the back portion (south line) sloping down to approximately 25 feet at Paul Bayou Road. There is a small draw that hold water near the road that may be a location for a small pond. To access the property, from HW 43, take Paul Bayou Road east for 2 miles.
