We are honored to have obtained an exclusive listing on +/-166 acres located in north-central Kent County, being approximately 7 miles southeast of Spur, Texas. Access is good being by paved FM 208 on the west and graded CR 136 on the north.
The terrain varies from nearly level to gently rolling, with a general slope to the northeast to Camp Creek which runs across the northeast corner of the property. This land was previously enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program and is currently in a good stand of mixed grasses. To the best of our knowledge, the property is not enrolled in any government programs at this time. The brush canopy over the entire property ranges from fairly open to dense. The majority of the brush found is mesquite, with an area of Chinaberry trees located in the creek area.
