Wildlife & Hunting:
This ranch is well stocked with whitetails that come from the best of the best genetics. The yearlings on the ranch are scoring over 150 inches. The ranch has over 100 head of impressive whitetail on the property both bucks and doe. The dove and duck hunting in the part of the state is some of the best around. There is one large wild hog on the property.
Improvements / Amenities:
The ranch has been high fenced undergone an extensive brush management program opening some of the cover for more desired grazing while leaving large areas undisturbed for ample bedding grounds and habitat for the whitetail deer herd. There are 4 stock tanks on the property. The large stock tank below the cabin is stocked with Bass, Catfish and Perch. There have been Bass caught upwards of 12 lbs. out of these stock tanks. The Catfish are easily in double digits as well upwards of 12-15+ lbs. There is a 28X40 Party Barn / Workshop with outdoor patio overlooking the ranch that is climate controlled with a bathroom. The is a new construction 30X40 Cabin being built near the Party Barn that is still under construction. This Cabin will have two large bedrooms, large complete bath, kitchen, bar area, large living space and a covered front porch.
Water:
Surface water on the ranch consists of 4 large stock tanks on the ranch. There are several wet weather run offs that feed these stock tanks to keep them full. For the drought we are in, the stock tank levels are doing well considering.

Topography:
The ranch consists of flat to rolling terrain with 100-120 feet of elevation change across the ranch from end to end.
