The Union Parish Tract (#03019-03901) is a +/- 750.6-acre (per GIS Estimate) tract of timberland located in Union Parish about eight miles north of Farmerville, LA and about 10 miles west of Marion, LA (North 32.90397, West 92.43554). About 165 acres were planted in 2003 with Loblolly Pine and have been partially first-thinned; another 16 acres were planted in 2015. These pine areas have a generally well-drained upland topography. The vast majority of the property features 550 acres of mixed hardwood timber with Bayou de Loutre, a scenic Louisiana river, flowing through in a southerly direction.Another 18 acres on the western edge creates functions as wetland wildlife habitat.
