The Shearer Tract is an investment-grade timberland tract with a high ratio of managed pine acres to total tract size. There are 120 acres of pine plantations that were established in 2012 and 2015. Management access is afforded by frontage on Red Hill Road and McCaskill Road, and a well-developed internal road system.
