The Preserve at Boktuklo Mountain is a recreational development located 5 minutes from the store in Honobia Oklahoma and 20-25 minutes from Hochatown / Broken Bow. The land is untouched, beautiful, and pristine. Managed as a wildlife management area until March of 2022, the Preserve at Boktuklo Mountain seeks to protect the majestic property through large acreage tracts and sustainable development practices. To the north the property borders the Honobia Wildlife Management Area, and to the south, it borders the Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area.
Each tract was hand-drawn and walked by Seth, whose grandfather, father, and uncle were professional land surveyors in Oklahoma. The final plat and survey were completed by Jason Lloyd. An official subdivision plat has been filed with the Le Flore County clerk. Covenants are in place to protect the long-term value of your investment.
