The Preserve at Boktuklo Mountain i...
The Preserve at Boktuklo Mountain is a recreational development located 5 minutes from the store in Honobia Oklahoma and 25 minutes from Hochatown. The land is untouched, beautiful, and pristine. Managed as a wildlife management area until March of 2022, the Preserve at Boktuklo Mountain seeks to protect the majestic property through large acreage tracts and sustainable development practices. To the north the property borders undeveloped timber company land, and to the south, it borders the Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area.
Each tract was hand-drawn and walked by the owner, Seth, and VP of Land Harrison, whose grandfather, father, and uncle were professional land surveyors in Oklahoma. The final plat and survey were completed by Jason Lloyd, a professional land surveyor with over 20 years of experience. An official subdivision plat was filed with the Le Flore County clerk. Covenants are in place to protect the long-term value of your investment. The covenants and plat are attached to this listing.
A creek winds its way along Whitetail Trail, which runs for two miles through a majestic valley. The Preserve currently has 5 miles of graveled roads to ride ATV's etc.
Phase I is over 60% sold. Each lot was designed to provide seclusion for each owner, as well as codes and restrictions that keep the natural beauty of the trees, rocks, creeks, and views. This would be a great place to bring the family and enjoy your new adventure, whether it be ATVing, hunting, or just getting away from the work week hustle and bustle. At this time, there is one lot with a nice cabin being finished to purchase with a large pond setting on 10 acres.
All tracts, including this tract, have legal access. The roads to and within the property are gravel and passable by a 2wd vehicle (see BMW photo).
