There are lovely hardwoods on this property, but there is not very much wetland on this property either. A perfect deer sign transitions between the heavy cover nearby and the hardwoods. There was also turkey scratching beneath some of the oaks on the property. I caught a couple of grouse hanging out in the evergreens in this section. State Highway 70 is less than half a mile South, so accessing the property is easy. It won't last very long.
