Going to the middle of the farm, which is the highest point, you can see a large valley that stretches from the north to south. This valley does have an electrical easement, which is maintained as well by the electricity company. This provides you access to the lower areas of the farm and allows access to the east side of the farm with an atv. The valley holds 2 ponds and a creek, great for spotting animals using the path for water. As you wander through the valley the north, south, and east side of the farm is all mature timber. We jumped up several deer as we were taking pictures and exploring the farm.

For recreational purposes the stories are mind blowing. Any local Ol' Timer will tell you the tells of the stupendous Whitetail Deer that have loomed the property or the shattering gobbles of the turkeys in the morning.
