The Bush Farm

Southeastern Farm Brokers is pleased to bring the Bush Farm to market for only the second time in 92 years.

The Bush farm consists of 303 acres of merchantable pine timber and home to quit possibly the finest whitetail genetics in the State.

This tract borders a vast land holding known as the Holt Walton. During the restocking of Georgias deer population this is where the train stopped with the superior genetics of the Midwest and Northern Whitetail.

For the past twelve years this farm has been managed to grow and produce these large deer. Multiple corn feeders and an off-season protein feed regimen has paid off.

Ten Mile Creek and several springs provide a water source for all game.
