WILDLIFE

The creek bottom acts as a corridor for wildlife along the north side of the property. A few other small drainages fall across the ranch. Wildlife that inhabit the area are white-tailed deer, feral hogs, Rio Grande turkeys, as well as mourning doves with occasional white winged doves, bobwhite quail, coyotes, bobcats, and various other varmints.

MINERALS

Fifty percent of all owned mineral interest and executive rights will convey with an acceptable offer. The seller is retaining 50% interest in wind rights.
