This Farm is located in between Knox City and Munday TX on highway 222.

Improvements:

-7 Tower Valley Center Pivot (Irrigation pipe and hoses were replaced in 2016.... PolySpan pipe). Nozzled at 300GPM 4 wells to the center pivot.

-6 submersible water wells

4 wells pump into the center pivot and 2 wells are used for the flood irrigated acres.

-Underground irrigation line and Risers in place for row watered acres.

Soils:

The soil consists of Miles fine sandy loam and Winters fine sandy loam

2018 Crop Production:

The Irrigated Row watered acres that were Planted had 2-1 out cotton.

The Irrigated Pivot acres was planted in 2-1 out Cotton and the other half of the pivot was planted in Milo.

2019 Crop Production:

60 acres of cotton under the center pivot

30 acres of Flood Irrigated cotton.

15 acres of Dryland cotton.
