The Ichetucknee Springs State Park is located 6 miles southeast of Suwannee Ranchettes. The pristine waters of the Ichetucknee River is the perfect outing, whether youre looking for a vigorous adventure or a relaxing day on the water. It is well-known for its warm weather tubing, the 2,669-acre Ichetucknee Springs State Park is also a wildlife haven. The main draw is the parks eight major crystalline springs that join together to create the six-mile Ichetucknee River.

At Suwannee Ranchettes you will find two 5 acre estates. The properties are mostly wooded, but we have cleared a driveway and home site on each parcel. Estate 78 has a power line running through the property. The land is located on a county graded dirt road and less then 1,000 feet from the nearest paved road. Electricity is available to the front of the property. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted.
