Sunriver Citrus Grove

This producing citrus grove is located just west of Hog Bay Rd., south of Arcadia. Many young trees and resets are found throughout the grove. Irrigation infrastructure includes two 12 inch deep wells, and a connected ditch system leading to a tailwater recovery pond on the southeast corner of the property. The site has 1/2 mile hard road frontage, and well maintained internal roads. The property could continue on in agriculture or be divided into large lots.
