Sunnyside Farm consists of 35 acres of serene Loudoun County countryside with a spring fed pond. Tucked away from the world in a private but convenient location you will find this four bedroom, two and a half bath home.

The main house is a two story Federal style structure constructed of native fieldstone in an uncoursed rubble pattern with stone quoins. The original structure was built between 1790 and 1800 with additions added over the next two centuries adding modern amenities but always keeping preservation at the forefront.

Also located on the property are a stone barn built in the same masonry fashion as the main house, a dairy barn, a stone spring house, smoke house, and a guest/tenant house. Sunnyside is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Virginia Historic Landmark.
