Access: Both sections are accessed by all terrain county roads.

Wells: 6 wells total, 3 wells on Section 37 and 3 on Section 28

Sprinklers: Each section has a mile Zimmatic Sprinkler. Section 37 is nozzled for 1550 gpm, section 28 for 1450 gpm.

Power: Section 37 has 2 Caterpillar Engines with turbine pumps and one electric submersible pump. Section 28 is all electric with 2 electric submersible pumps and one electric motor with a hollow shaft pump.

Crop Production: Both sections are well adapted to seed maze production as well as corn, cotton and wheat crop production
