Location: This property is located 7 miles west of Long Creek, Oregon. 168 miles east of Bend, Oregon and 226 miles west of Boise, Idaho.

Water: This property is very well watered with multiple springs, ponds and two year round creeks. There are also 88 acres flood water rights. Much of the meadow areas are sub irrigated.
Timber: Much of the property is timbered with Pine, Fir and Juniper. It is a very well managed stand and Park Like in its appearance. 60%-70% is timbered and is spaced correctly so that a forest fire cant do as much damage.
Hunting: Elk and deer hunting are proven by the pictures provided. Lying between the USFS and large private ranches ensures elk and deer moving both directions. The meadows are especially popular in the late fall when there is little green feed. Cow elk seasons start August 1st and extend through March 31st of the following year. Bulls up to the 360 inch range and bucks over 200 inches can be taken in this area. I actually neighbor this property and can attest to the amount and quality of animals I have seen on this property. This is the first spot they stop when coming out of the adjoining USFS.
General: This acreage has been taken care of and it shows. Some interior roads have had rock placed on them to create access throughout the year. Fences are in good condition with some being replaced in the last few years. No interior easements or public access burden the property. The amount of water, timber, controllability and recreation make this property one of my all time favorites.
