Topography: Gently rolling hills make up the majority of the ranch. Dry Rocky Creek runs through a portion of the ranch from North to South and is considered a wet weather creek. Water: The ranch has a total of 8 water wells of which 3 having submersible pumps and 5 are windmills. These wells supply adequate water the each pasture for livestock and wildlife.

Location: Approximately 15 miles north of Mertzon, Texas or 22 miles West of San Angelo, Texas from Arden Road to CR 430 then access is by easement on a good caliche road which enters the ranch. There is a non-continuous 320 acre tract that is located in Tom Green County that is accessed by an easement and located approximately 2 miles northeast from the main ranch.
