Currently under wildlife exemption, the property comes complete with eight corn feeders, two protein feeders and nine blinds. The ranch is loaded with whitetail deer, turkey, hog, black buck and axis. Quail and varmints can also be located on the ranch. Stark Creek Ranch is also enrolled in the Texas Parks and Wildlife MLD program.

It has great grass and tree cover, live oak trees cover the property. The land on this ranch is 100% accessible. Stark Creek Ranch doesnt have any high lines on the property.

Improvements

There is a water well with submersible pump that supplies a 40,000 gallon cement tank. The current owners use the water in this tank for various purposes, including filling water in troughs throughout the ranch.

Homes/Buildings

Stark Creek Ranch has a hunters area that consists of a cabin that has been turned into an area to cook and eat. Two other buildings give the buyer up to four separate rooms to house family and friends. There is also an area where a travel trailer can be plugged in, complete with television and wi-fi.
