St. Paul Waterfowl and Whitetails

This WRP tract lies just northwest of Neosho Wildlife Area and has a 12 +/- acre duck lake. This area is consistently one of the best waterfowl hunting areas in the state of Kansas with Neosho Wildlife Area normally wintering large quantities of ducks and geese. A creek also cuts through the corner of the property and the remainder of the parcel is left to natural wildlife habitat. The WRP is not perpetual and expires in 2029, so you're buying a hunting tract at a reduced price due to the current restrictions, but those restrictions won't last forever which gives your investment future flexibility.
